Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Drugs Task Force
To increase awareness of the dangers of Cocaine use amongst the local area.
In order to create impact and a high level of awareness we worked closely with DLRDTF to identify the typical user and the places they frequent so that we could get the message out in front of them. The campaign was carried out across key targeted outdoor advertising formats which included local bus shelter ads, a 48 sheet billboard ad and trolley handlebar advertising in local shopping centres. To directly target the local community in their social setting, we are also ran the campaign through a local network of pubs which included branded beermats, posters & mirror stickers in the restrooms and through newsagents with branded sandwich bags.
All creative for the campaign included the 'Text HELP to 51500 to find out more' to give the local community a direct number to contact and giving them a confidential means in which to obtain the information.
